Glenn Hughes Postpones Classic Deep Purple Live Tour Due To Illness

Monday, 13 May 2019 Written by Jon Stickler

Glenn Hughes has been forced to postpone his Classic Deep Purple Live Tour dates.

The legendary rock band's former vocalist was due to start the second leg of the tour on May 14 in Holmfirth but has had to pull the dates to be treated "for an illness that while not life threatening, must be dealt with immediately in order for it to not become a serious problem."

The 'Voice of Rock' is expected to make a full recovery and is set to be back on the road in June, with ticket holders advised to wait for further information. Head below to view a post issued by Hughes' management.
