The Lumineers Unveil Gripping Video For New Track Donna

Wednesday, 22 May 2019 Written by Jon Stickler

The Lumineers have shared a new video.

Donna features on the band’s three-song 'Gloria Sparks' EP, the first chapter from their upcoming full-length, visual album 'III', which is scheduled to arrive on September 13 on Decca/Dualtone. The band will support it with a world tour, beginning with UK and European dates in November.

Directed by Kevin Phillips and produced by Neighborhood Watch, the new clip follows on from the harrowing video for their single Gloria, which was unveiled yesterday. The two videos revolve around the fictional Sparks family and the story of Gloria, showing the mother struggling with alcoholism and a new family.

A video for the remaining song from the EP, Life In The City, is also due this week.

The Lumineers Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows

Fri November 22 2019 - GLASGOW SSE Hydro
Sun November 24 2019 - MANCHESTER Arena
Wed November 27 2019 - LONDON O2 Arena
Fri November 29 2019 - DUBLIN 3Arena

Interpol - A Fine Mess EP (Album Review)
Tue 21 May 2019

Cate Le Bon - Reward (Album Review)
Tue 04 Jun 2019
Photo: Ivana Kličković Cate Le Bon has never been easy to pin down. Having toured and collaborated with a diverse selection of musicians ranging from St. Vincent to Deerhunter, the Welsh musician and producer could loosely be described as trading in sprawling alt-folk, but that would only tell half the story. On her newest record, ‘Reward’, Le Bon creates a unique world indebted to new wave and jazz as much as it is to contemporary pop and folk acts—all with her own idiosyncratic twist.
