Avicii Tribute Concert Featuring Adam Lambert, David Guetta, Rita Ora Confirmed For December

The Avicii Tribute Concert For Mental Health Awareness will take place in Sweden later this year in honour of the late DJ and producer.
Adam Lambert, Rita Ora, and David Guetta are among the artists set to perform at the two-hour event on December 5 at Friends Arena in Avicii's hometown of Stockholm.
DJ sets from Kygo, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike, Laidback Luke and Nicky Romero will open the evening, followed by appearances from 19 singers who will perform his biggest hits alongside a 30-piece live band. Aloe Blacc, Alex Ebert, Audra Mae, Joe Janiak and Blondfire are among those confirmed to appear, with further artists to be announced in the coming weeks. Head here for more information.
Profits from ticket sales will go to supporting organisations that address mental health needs and suicide prevention. Tickets go on sale on September 5.
Avicii, aka Tim Bergling, died on April 20, 2018 and is said to have taken his own life. His family launched The Tim Bergling Foundation earlier this year in reponse to his passing.
