Five Finger Death Punch Announce 2020 Cardiff And London Arena Shows With Megadeth

Monday, 09 September 2019 Written by Jon Stickler

Five Finger Death Punch have confirmed two huge UK shows for January 2020.

The Las Vegas metallers will be joined by thrash legends Megadeth and breakout rockers Bad Wolves at Cardiff's Motorpoint Arena on January 30 and London's SSE Arena Wembley on January 31.

The shows will form part of FFDP's biggest European arena tour to date supporting their upcoming eighth studio album, which is set to arrive in winter 2020. Guitarist Zoltan Bathory said:

"The line-up is massive. Bad Wolves were THE breakout band of recent years and are certainly bringing the heat.

"Megadeth needs no introduction, they are absolute legends. Dave Mustaine’s contribution to this genre is simply immeasurable. I consider him one of the founding fathers of not just Thrash but Heavy Metal in general, because his riffs and guitar playing have influenced everyone that was in Megadeth’s blast radius… and that’s a big radius."

Megadeth's Mustaine added:

"Hindsight is always 20-20, but looking back it’s still a bit fuzzy. Looking forward, you'll be in trouble if you don’t come see us with Five Finger Death Punch in early 2020. You don’t wanna miss it. See you soon!"

Tickets go on general sale at 10am on September 13.
