The National's Matt Berninger Announces Solo Album 'Serpentine Prison'

Matt Berninger has announced a solo album.
‘Serpentine Prison’ was revealed via the National frontman’s Instagram account, but is yet to to be given a release date. The record will see production and arrangement from Booker T Jones.
The announcement comes a day after his collaboration with Phoebe Bridgers, Walking On A String, which featured in the Netflix film Between Two Ferns.
Berninger will tour with the National across the UK and Europe in 2019, and Australia and New Zealand in 2020 behind their latest album, ‘I Am Easy To Find’.
