Monday, 21 October 2019 Written by Jon Stickler

Seafret have announced a new album and UK shows as part of a wider European tour.

The east Yorkshire duo will put out 'Most Of Us Are Strangers' on February 7 via The Orchard, followed by spring gigs in Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Exeter, Brighton, London and Dublin during March, with a homecoming show at Bridlington Spa lined up for later in the year on June 6. Tickets go on sale from 9am on October 25.

The annnouncement follows the release of Jack Sedman and Harry Draper's surging new single, Fall, as well as a summer of live performances, including supporting Lewis Capaldi at Scarborough Open Air Theatre. Speaking about the new single, the pair said:

"Sometimes it feels like all the doors are closing around you and you can start losing heart in what you’re doing or where you are in your life. Fall was written about overcoming that feeling and never giving up."
