TWDY (Formerly This Will Destroy You), Godflesh, Devil Sold His Soul Among Final ArcTanGent Acts

ArcTanGent have announced the final acts for this year's festival.

After the 2020 and 2021 instalments were postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic, organisers have unveiled the last additions to the 2022 line-up, including TWDY (formerly This Will Destroy You), Godflesh (pictured), Devil Sold His Soul, Puppy, and Stake, among others.

They join Opeth, Cult Of Luna, Zeal & Ardor, MONO, Amenra, Maybeshewill, Alcest, Leprous, Perturbator, Mclusky, The Armed, A.A. Williams, Emma Ruth Rundle, Caspian, Conjurer and many more.

In addition, TesseracT have been moved up to main stage headliner status. Head below to check out the latest additions to the line-up, alongside the previously announced headliners and other acts. Festival organiser and head booker, James Scarlett said:

"I'm so stoked to have the ATG line up 100% finalised and ready to go. And I wanted to send a particularly big thank you to TesseracT for stepping into the headline slot, I know they’ve got an amazing show planned which will blow minds. I'm also excited to have booked TWDY, the new incarnation of the ever-wonderful This Will Destroy You. Finally, the clashfinder is coming your way in the next few days so please feel free to go ahead and get excited and/or nervous!"

What? A three-day event with an eclectic line up of bands from all over the world, full of loud noises, sharp edges, weird time signatures and off-kilter hooks.

Where? Fernhill Farm in Compton Martin. It's just 10 miles from Bristol and two hours from London.

When? August 17-20, 2022.

Who? New to the line-up are TWDY (formerly This Will Destroy You), Godflesh, Devil Sold His Soul, Puppy, Stake, Still, Respire, Dead Bird, Ni Maîtres, and Peach. 

Cult Of Luna, Opeth, and TesseracT will top the bill on the main stage. Also set to appear across the weekend are Lightning Bolt, Jamie Lenman, Covet, Bossk,  Palm Reader, DVNE, Blanket,  Zetra, Tuskar, El Moono, Heriot, Ithaca, Skin Failure, Rubbing, and Greywave.

UPDATE 28/07: Enslaved, Agent Fresco, Earthtone9, Talons and Thank You Scientist will no longer play the festival. Joining the bill are Scalping, Famyne, Outlander, Sergeant Thunderhoof, Cryptic Shift and Ogives Big Band.
