The Orielles, Christian Lee Hutson And Eaves Wilder Among Final Acts For August's Green Man Festival

The final line-up additions have been revealed for this year's Green Man.

Acts joining the musical line-up include avant-pop trio The Orielles, Los Angeles singer-songwriter and musician Christian Lee Hutson, London-based star Eaves Wilder, along with Free Love, Plastic Mermaids, Kate Hutchinson, Pencil and Bristol's most famous gig goer Jeffery "Big Jeff" Johns' band The Outlines. Additionally, Dorset-born, Bristol-based Eve Appleton Band will open the Mountain Stage this year after winning the Green Man Rising competition. 

Hosting a variety of talks, debates and literature from speakers, Green Man's Taking Shop will see conversations from Sathnam Anghera, Melissa Harrison and BBC Radio 6Music DJ and journalist Stuart Maconie in conversation with Laura Barton. There will also be further talks from Emma Warren, Michael Cragg, Harriet Gibsone, and the annual Green Man Pop Quiz hosted by Jude Rodgers and Eamonn Forde.

The Last Laugh comedy stage will feature Dylan Moran, Tarot, a comedy short about the horrors of Welsh folklore, English tourists and being hungover, stand-up and writer Sean McLoughlin, Welsh comedy writer and performer Esyllt Sears, Mel Owen, and many more.

The new additions join an already mammoth line-up, which includes Spiritualized, Self Esteem, First Aid Kit, and Devo, as well as Amyl & The Sniffers, Young Fathers, Slowdive, Confidence Man, The Walkmen, Goat, Daniel Avery, Jockstrap, Sudan Archives, PVA, Obongjayar, Lankum, Squid, Mandy, Indiana and many more.

The festival will return to the picturesque Glanusk Estate in the Brecon Beacons for its 21st anniversary in August. Head below for further details.

What? Green Man is the biggest festival in Wales, welcoming 20,000 people each year and hosting an eclectic musical line-up, as well as a wide variety of other entertainment against the idyllic backdrop of the Black Mountains.
