Diplo Drops New Thomas Wesley Single Use Me (Brutal Hearts) Feat Dove Cameron And Sturgill Simpson

Diplo has shared a new song under his country music persona Thomas Wesley.
Driven by the DJ's signature beats, Use Me (Brutal Hearts) offers an electro-pop edge to a country aesthetic, with vocals from Dove Cameron and Johnny Blue Skies, aka Sturgill Simpson. Head below to view the track's cinematic video starring Sean Penn.
Following the previously shared Wasted with Kodak Black and Koe Wetzel, it serves as the second preview of Diplo's forthcoming country project, 'Chapter 2 - Swamp Savant', which is due out on April 28. He said:
"To prepare for this new Thomas Wesley project, I went back to my father’s house in Florida and I spent six months learning guitar, getting in touch with nature, working his boat when the shrimp were running on full moons at the trailer park.
"I tried on a lot of cowboy hats. I rode a lot of motorcycles and horses basically reflected on my whole life and career and connection with this music…there was a lot. It all started in the swamps I was raised in. This is the greatest single piece of work I’ve ever done, I can promise you that."
The Florida native's last album was 2020's 'Chapter 1: Snake Oil', which featured the singles Heartless with Morgan Wallen, Dance With Me with Thomas Rhett and Young Thug, and Lonely with Jonas Brothers.
Diplo will appear at various festivals this summer, including New York City's Governors Ball and Creamfields North in the UK.
