Underoath Share New Song Lifeline (Drowning) Ahead Of Summer North American Tour

Underoath have shared a new song.
Following the spring single Let Go, Lifeline (Drowning) marks the second preview of the their next album, the follow-up to 2022's 'Voyeurist', which is set to arrive via MNRK Heavy early in 2024..
More melodic, yet retaining the aggressive energy heard on the heavier previous single, it's described by the band as "a cry for help." They said:
"I feel like we’ve all been there, be it as simple as miscommunication or a full on toxic relationship – that very feeling that you cannot tread water like this any longer or you may end up drowning. We wanted to create a song centered around the melody that could still hold the energy of a full blown heavy song."
The band will begin touring North America from July 5, with a mixture of their own headline dates, shows opening for Falling In Reverse and Ice Nine Kills, and co-headline gigs with The Ghost Inside. They'll also appear at Inkcarceration Festival in Mansfield, Ohio on July 15.
