Serpentwithfeet Announces 'Grip Sequel' Project, Shares New Song Writhing In The Wind

Serpentwithfeet has shared details of a sequel to his third album.
The alt-R&B artist will release 'Grip Sequel' through Secretly Canadian on February 28, following up last year's 'Grip'.
It'll feature six new songs, plus new versions of three 'Grip' tracks; Lucky Me, which now boasts a string arrangement, a Spades remix with Ogi and Destin Conrad, and a Baile Funk remix of Damn Gloves featuring Ty Dolla $ign, TH41 & Azzy.
To coincide with the news, serpentwithfeet has shared Writhing In The Wind, an ethereal R&B track. He described it as, "the sound of a lover begging. He knows he messed up but desperately wants a second chance."
Discussing the new project, he added: "I had more so say. I had more questions about intimacy and this was a fun way to explore."
