Animal Collective Share New Song Buddies On The Blackboard

Animal Collective have shared a new song, Buddies On The Blackboard.
The psychedelic, dream-pop track serves as the b-side to last month's Love On The Big Screen, with both songs set to be released as a limited edition 7" via Domino this Friday (August 1).
The 7" single is their first studio output since 2023's 'Isn't It Now?' LP, which they followed up with the live LP 'Sung Tongs (Live At The Theatre at Ace Hotel)' in 2024.
Both new songs were co-produced by the group's Avey Tare and Drop of Sun Studios founder Adam McDaniel, who also handled engineering and mixing. Mastering was done by Dave Cooley.
