Lottery Winners have announced a huge show in Manchester for next spring.
The landmark homecoming performance will see the quartet headline Leigh Sports Village Stadium in Leigh on May 30, marking their biggest headlining UK show to date.
They'll be joined on stage by special guests they've previously collaborated with, including Frank Turner and Reverend And The Makers, with more names to be announced. Support will come from London trio Scouting For Girls, local band The Lilacs, and a DJ set from Katie Owen. Thom Rylance of Lottery Winners said:
"Leigh Sports Village isn’t just another show for us, it’s a marker of everything we’ve worked for. From loading gear into pubs to travelling the world, every step has led here. To headline a stadium at home is rare, and we don’t take that lightly. This night will stand as proof of what’s possible when you keep on keeping on.
"Headlining Leigh Sports Village is special in itself but doing it here in our hometown—surrounded by the people who’ve supported us from the very start—makes it truly unforgettable. The fact that we get to welcome legends and friends like Frank Turner, Reverend and the Makers and Scouting for Girls to our town feels incredible. It’s Leigh opening its doors to the world, and we’re proud to be the ones hosting."
Lottery Winners are just the third act to headline Leigh Sports Village Stadium, following in the footsteps of Elton John who performed in 2014, and Lionel Richie in 2018. Check out the announcement video below, featuring Robbie Williams. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on Friday (September 26).
Ahead of the new show, Lottery Winners head out on another round of UK and Ireland dates this November as part of their Keep On Keeping On Tour. Tickets are on sale now.
The tour takes its name from their latest album and fourth overall, 'KOKO' (which stands for Keep On Keeping On), released back in March.
