Louis Tomlinson Tickets For UK & Ireland Leg Of How Did We Get Here? Tour On Sale 9am Today

Louis Tomlinson will support his recently announced third album with a world tour. Louis Tomlinson tickets for the UK and Ireland leg go on general sale at 9am local time today.
The follow-up to 2022's 'Faith In The Future' is titled 'How Did I Get Here?' and will arrive on January 23. The former One Direction singer began writing for the 12-song record in the English countryside before spending three weeks in Costa Rica working on it with co-producer Nico Rebscher. Tomlinson said:
"I sum up it as ‘The record I always deserved to make.’ My bread and butter is my honesty. I genuinely wear my heart on my sleeve, and I hope it comes through in the music. I’m still learning and getting better as a singer and a songwriter. I find it impossible to be complacent; it’s not in my vocabulary. For the first time now, I’m allowing myself to be the artist I’d always hoped to be."
As a preview, the singer shared the record's opening track, Lemonade, which blends funk-influenced guitars and a catchy chorus with lyrics that reflect the highs and lows of a relationship. He added:
"The most important thing was for the first single to sound ambitious sonically. It had to be big and fun. To me, ‘Lemonade’ really has instant and natural personality. It ended up being the perfect way to
begin this chapter.”
Tomlinson will take the record on the road with the How Did We Get Here? World Tour, which will travel across Europe between March 23 and May 3, with the run including arena shows in Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds, Dublin, Brighton and London.
The North American leg will follow that summer and includes a stop at Madison Square Garden in New York. Tickets for Europe and North America go on general sale at 10am local time today.
The 33-year-old recently hosted his Away From Home Festival in Cooperstown, New York, which he personally curated. He co-headlined the event with Lauv, with additional performances from Steve Aoki, Plain White T's, Daya, Pale Waves, Circa Waves and DJ Zach Sang.
