The Prodigy will play outdoor shows in the UK and Ireland next summer. The Prodigy tickets go on general sale at 9am today.
The legendary British dance group will take their Warrior's Dance show to the Irish Museum of Modern Art in Dublin on August 20, Milton Keynes' National Bowl on August 22, Edinburgh's Royal Highland Showgrounds on August 29 as part of the Summer Sessions series, and Wythenshawe Park in Manchester on August 30.
Support will come from Carl Cox at all dates, plus Japanese DJ and producer ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U in Dublin, Andy C, ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U, SCARLXRD and David Rodigan in Milton Keynes and Manchester, and ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U, SCARLXRD and David Rodigan in Edinburgh. Liam Howlett and Maxim said:
"We are bringing back our warriors dance event for the people next summer…
"Alot has happened since we last did these, but now more than ever we are takin it to the next level along with the support from the kings of their game,
"4 nights of pure ruckus … lets go !!"
The Prodigy, whose latest album is 2018's 'No Tourist's', will also tour arenas across the UK and Ireland next spring. Tickets for those dates are already on sale, but many have sold out.
