Alexisonfire and Billy Talent have announced two special shows together.
The Canadian bands will co-headline the OVO Arena Wembley in London, England on June 24 and the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada on July 17.
Each show will see both Alexisonfire and Billy Talent celebrating 20 years of their 2006 albums, 'Crisis' and 'Billy Talent II' respectively, by playing them in full.
Support in London will come from Touché Amoré and in Canada will feature Faze. Tickets go on general sale at 10am local time on February 13.
The new UK show takes place ahead of Alexisonfire's headline set at Manchester's Outbreak Festival on June 27, and follows festival sets across Europe throughout the summer. They'll also perform 'Crisis' in full at two headline shows at Toronto's RBC Amphitheatre on August 14 and 15, following their appearance at Hello Summer festival in Fort Mcmurray, Canada. They released their latest album, 'Death Letter', in 2024.
“It feels like you blink and all of a sudden your album is almost old enough to drink in the United States,” joked Alexisonfire frontman George Pettit in a statement. “So many incredible memories of making this record. It felt like we were really coming into our own as a band. We discovered another level of potential that we didn’t have at the start. I’m happy we get to relive it this summer with all of you.”
Billy Talent, meanwhile, will head to London following previously announced 'II' 20th anniversary shows in Europe earlier in June. Their most recent LP, 'Crisis Of Faith', came out in 2022.
