Babyshambles have announced a summer show on the Kent coast.
Peter Doherty's band will headline Dreamland in Margate on August 30, with support from Big Special, Warmduscher, Gans and Pregoblin. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on May 1.
The show, billed as What Did I Dream...?, will follow the reunited indie-rockers' recently announced Irish dates in Cork, Dublin and Belfast between August 22 and 24, featuring support from Junior Brother, Pebbledash and Gag Reflex. Tickets for those dates are on sale now.
Babyshambles, completed by guitarist Mick Whitnall, bassist Drew McConnell and drummer Adam Ficeks, returned last year, releasing their first new single in 12 years, Dandy Hooligan, which was followed by an extensive UK reunion tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album, 'Down In Albion'.
They released their most recent studio album, 'Sequel To The Prequel', in 2013, while Doherty's other band, The Libertines, put out their latest LP, 'All Quiet On The Eastern Esplanade' in 2024 and play a handful of outdoor UK shows this summer. Doherty also dropped his first solo record in nine years, 'Felt Better Alive', last year.
