Sparta have shared another track from their upcoming sixth album.

Everything You Say arrived with a Travis Shinn-directed video and offers another glimpse into 'Cut A Slhouette', due out on May 29 via Rude Records/Equal Vision Records. The Texas alt-rock band's vocalist-guitarist Jim Ward (also a member of At The Drive-In) said:

"The music for this was brought in by Matt [Miller] to the earliest writing sessions at my house in El Paso, tweaked in a hotel room in Oklahoma City and played at a soundcheck that night. It is one of those songs that takes shape early and no matter how you adjust, it just keeps ending up back where it started. I love it. This is a dreamy song about longing and love. A big scream declaring desire."

The trio, completed by bassist Matt Miller and drummer Neil Hennessy, introduced the follow-up to their 2022 self-titled LP earlier this month, alongside the release of its first single, Crater, co-written with My Chemical Romance's Frank Iero.

The band will support the LP with US and Latin America dates throughout the summer and into fall, including shows supporting Toadies, and Jimmy Eat World on their Bleed American 25th Anniversary Tour. Head here for details.
