Margaret Glaspy Shares Final Single Reminder Ahead Of 'I Am Both' Release

Margaret Glaspy has shared a final early single ahead of the release of her new album.
A gentle yet powerful song, Reminder sees the New York-based artist reflecting on herself and the suffering around her. Glaspy explained:
"That song’s a message to myself for when it feels like I’m doing nothing of value, reminding me that it’s important to keep showing up in lots of little ways instead of giving up altogether. It’s an example of something I never would’ve written if I were still praying to the gods who told me everything needs to be neat and tidy and symmetrical."
The acoustic folk track, which arrives with a video directed by Ricky Chavez, will feature alongside earlier singles That Rose and Michigan on 'I Am Both', due out on through ATO this Friday (August 7). Produced by three-time Grammy winner Joe Henry, the record explores personal struggles and self-acceptance.
The singer-songwriter will support the album with tour dates across North America, Europe, the UK and Ireland between September and December, including an appearance at Boia Festival in St Davids, Pembrokeshire on October 23. Tickets are on sale now.
