Westside Cowboy Tease Debut Album 'It Goes On' With Third Single Dobro

Westside Cowboy are continuing the rollout of their debut album with a new song.
Following earlier singles Pin Up Boys and Kick Stones (The Boys), laid-back rock track Dobro features guitarist-vocalist Jimmy Bradbury on lead vocals, alongside bassist-vocalist Aoife Anson O'Connell’s signature harmonies over gentle fuzzed-up guitars. The band explained:
"This is our strut song, over 2 minutes in length but just under 3. A song for perhaps a younger self? For that moment of waiting and isolation in the hopes of a return. Or it could just be a song about a weird guitar. Who knows!"
The song serves as the latest preview of 'It Goes On', due out on August 21 via Island Records, with the Manchester band set to celebrate its release with an expanded run of record store shows before heading out on a UK and European tour this autumn.
In the meantime, they'll continue their summer festival dates with appearances at Green Man and Reading and Leeds later this month.
