Marti Pellow Announces Intimate The Voice In The Room Shows In Glasgow For Spring 2027

Marti Pellow has announced six initmate shows in Glasgow for next spring.

The Scottish vocalist and former Wet Wet Wet lead singer will bring a new production, The Voice in the Room, to the Citizens Theatre in his home city for a limited one-week run from May 31 to June 5. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on August 14.

Described as, "the story of an ordinary man who lives an extraordinary life," the shows will take audiences on a journey of music, conversation and storytelling. Pellow said:

"Over the last 40 years I've been lucky enough to share so many moments with audiences, but this feels different. I'll sing a lot, I'll talk a lot and, hopefully, by the end of the evening you'll walk away feeling like you know me a little better. That's what The Voice in the Room is all about."

This announcement comes amid Pellow's summer run of UK shows, which saw him perform three homecoming dates at Kelvingrove Bandstand over the weekend as part of the Summer Nights at the Bandstand series. Next up, he'll play Colchester Castle Summer Series on August 20, supporting Billy Ocean.

He released his latest studio album, 'The Game', last October.
