65daysofstatic Preview New Album With UK Tour In May & Tickets

Sheffield rockers 65daysofstatic are to road-test their new album with an upcoming UK tour in May.

Mixing fuzzy glitch-beats with their guitars, the group’s live shows are like nothing heard before, a stunning audio assault, with the volume matched by moments of genuine beauty.

Since the early days, 65daysofstatic have earned themselves cult status. Their dedication to touring led to support coming from The Cure, with the goth rock legends inviting them aboard their lavish tour bus. Having been exposed to a wider audience, the Sheffield group decided to take time off.

With the release of a live album last year, 65daysofstatic soon began work on new material. The result is the latest no-holds-barred offering from the Sheffield band, ‘We Were Exploding Anyway’.
Moving away from their trademark sound, 65daysofstatic have thrown away the rock textbook in producing ‘We Were Exploding Anyway’. Lean and polished, the album is yet another groundbreaking move from one of the most forward thinking rock bands in the UK.

Expected for release on April 26th, 65daysofstatic have announced a series of tour dates to preview their new album. Despite their increasingly rare studio activities the band still very much remain a live beast – get ready for its release!
