Skunk Anansie "Greatest Hits" Tour Dates Annouced & Tickets

Following an eight year hiatus, Skunk Anansie return with a “Greatest Hits Tour” set to hit venues across the UK later this year in November.

Recently reformed, the band who belted out mid-90’s hits such as “Weak”, “All I Want” and “Charlie Big Potato” have returned, with Grace Jones look-a-like Skin leading the way once again.

The band played two reuinion gigs recently at the London Water Rats venue under the name as “SCAM” but now – under their familiar guise as Skunk Anansie – they’re back and ready to hit the road this November.

With dates in Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield, Leeds, Bournemouth, Bristol and London announced, fans across the UK shouldn’t be too far away from seeing some classic Skunk Anansie on a stage somewhere near by.

In addition to these tour dates the band are already confirmed to play at two UK festivals this summer making appearances at both V Festival and Sonisphere. So, nothing for nine years and now all this to choose from!

Skin and the gang are set to perform some ground-shaking sets of both classic tracks and recent material such as "Squander" and "Tear The Place Up". Their greatest hits album “Smashes and Trashes” was released last year containing a number of (more than you may remember!) their superb chart hits.

Skunk Anansie will play the following UK dates:

November 2010

13th Manchester Academy
14th O2 Academy, Newcastle
18th O2 Academy, Sheffield
19th O2 Academy, Leeds
21st O2 Academy, Bournemouth
22nd O2 Academy, Bristol
26th O2 Academy, Brixton, London

Tickets are available from 9am on Wednesday 28th April
