Death is an American rock/protopunk outfit based in Detroit, Michigan. Formed in 1971, the band currently consists of Bobby Hackney, Dannis Hackney, and Bobbie Duncan, with David Hackney sadly passing away in the '80s.
Originally running for just five years before they called it a day in 1976, Death would still acquire a loyal fan base, who were happy to see a number of Death recordings surface in the 2010s.
