Jennifer Ann is a Minnesota born singer-songwriter and producer now based in the UK, whose music combines her background in psychology and music therapy with classical training and contemporary pop, to create a lush, atmospheric, orchestral soundscape to her sound.
Her debut album, 2015's 'Reflections', was purely instrumental, but her upcoming EP 'Take me Home' is said to lean towards a more contemporary pop style. Ann first really came unto the UK's consciousness in 2016, when her cover of Mad World was used in a Lloyds Bank advertisement. The song sold over 22,000 copies, was streamed over 1 million times, and racked in over 67,000 Shazams. It's since been placed in video game trailers, advertisements, and TV shows in the UK, Italy, and South Africa. The success of Mad World brought Jennifer further into the campaigns of Lloyd's Bank, as she would go on to arrange and produce a cover of Fatboy Slims Praise You, using the vocals of Hannah Grace and the London Contemporary Voices. She has also created music for several other campaigns, including advertisements for Boots, Pampers, and UNICEF. Jennifer is now set to release her debut singer-songwriter EP, 'Take Me Home' on December 1, 2017. In the run up to release, she unveiled the lead single from the EP, the title track, on October 6.
