Joel baker is a folk-pop musician from Nottingham. Having played guitar since a pre-teen, Baker has played in a number of bands, eventually moving to London after completing a degree in political science.
He released his debut EP, 'Long Sleeves' in 2013 by recording in the studio after his day job in parliament, and followed this up with his second self-released EP, 'Every Vessel' the year after. His latest single Worry About Me dropped in January 2018. After being featured on BBC Radio 1, he quit his job, eventually signing to Virgin Records in 2016. in 2017, he released his 'Bag Of Dreams' mix tape, which featured collaborations with Maths Time Joy and Abra Cadabra. His latest release was the EP 'Winter Dreams' in 2018. Joel Baker has a string of headline UK shows planned for April 2019.
