Kiesza is a Canadian pop singer-songwriter and musician hailing from Calgary, now living in New York. Born in 1989, she would originally pursue a career in the Canadian navy, but having taught herself to play guitar and been involved in crew singalongs, she soon followed a different path.
Deciding on a life in music, Kiesza would find her first airplay the same year she wrote her first ever track. Entering college to study music - and in particular, voice, keyboard, and guitar - she would eventually evolve her folk sound to a more upbeat and diverse sound, influenced by her time living in New York. Kiesza continues to write and record her own songs, and soon found herself the proud owner of a deal with indie label Lokal Legend, and her debut single Hideaway would be delivered in 2014. That tune would later rack up almost two million streams, and hit #1 in the UK charts. Following her first ever headline shows in London, she made her return to the UK for another stop in the capital and one in Manchester in November, ahead of the British release of her debut record ‘Sound of a Woman’, which arrived in December 2014. She released a few singles in the interim years, and is back with new music in 2019, with her latest track All For You in the summer. Kiesza has announced an acoustic tour for November 2019. If a specific Kiesza event is 'Sold Out', that means no official primary tickets are currently available from the organiser at face value. However, you may still be able to find tickets through our official fan-to-fan resale and secondary reseller marketplace partners listed on our event pages.
