Kingsland Road are an English pop group hailing from East London, named after the road in Hackney, which all the members lived on! Consisting of four young lads - Josh Zaré, Joe ‘Connor’ Conaboy, Jon James ‘JJ’ Thompson, and Matt Cahill - they made a name for themselves in the tenth series of The X Factor.
Despite being voted out in the fourth round of the live finals by the judges - the public vote actually swung in their favour - Kingsland Road have still managed to dust themselves off, carry on going, and build a name for themselves, and are going stronger than ever. Starting a crowd-funding campaign via PledgeMusic to fund their debut album, Kingsload Road are set to make 2015 their year, having already given us a taster with debut single Dirty Dancer in 2014. As well as their studio work, Kingsland Road embarked on a UK tour through August 2014, and in March the following year the lads are back on the road for another venture in - check below to find tickets!
