(Thee) Oh Sees are an American psychedelic garage rock band from San Francisco, California, currently consisting of founding member John Dwyer, alongside Brigid Dawson, Petey Dammit, and Mike Shoun,
Formed in 1997, under the name OCS, the band released their debut album, 1, in 2003, followed three more albums. The band then changed their name to The Oh Sees, releasing two more albums, switching again to Thee Oh Sees, releasing 10 more albums. The band released Orc, in 2017, as their current band name Oh Sees, and their latest, 'Smote Reverser' in August 2018.
The band have headlined their own shows and tours across the USA and UK and has performed at festivals such as End of The Road.

On their 21st full length album, ‘Smote Reverser’, John Dwyer’s constantly evolving gang have served up a psych-rock record of head-banging machismo. As on 2017’s ‘Orc’ - also released under the Oh Sees banner - he has employed the dual drumming unit of Paul Quattrone and Dan Rincon, with frenetic, thrilling results.
