Robben Ford is a guitarist and singer-songwriter from Woodlake, California.
He began playing saxophone as a child, before switching to guitar in his teens, eventually going on to join The L.A. Express in 1974, touring with Joni Mitchell during a pivotal period of her career. He quickly established himself as a solo artist and highly regarded session musician, working with the likes of Miles Davis, George Harrison, Bob Dylan and Eric Clapton. He has released 20 studio albums to date, with the most recent being 2023’s 'Night In The City', and has received five Grammy nominations for his work.
