Roddy Frame is a Scottish rock singer-songwriter and musician hailing from East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire. Born in 1964, he became interested in music at a young age having been inspired by David Bowie, and began joining bands in his teens. He's probably best known as the founding member of 80s new wave outfit Aztec Camera.
After they split in 1996, he embarked on a solo career, and a couple of years later he released his debut effort 'The North Star'. Known for performing seriously good cover versions as well as his own material, he's since gone on to put out three more solo albums, including his latest, 2014's 'Seven Dials'.
Roddy Frame will play Glasgow's Kelvingrove bandstand this summer, followed by acoustic solo performances around the country this October. Catch him live by checking out the tour dates and concert ticket information below on Stereoboard.
