Scar Symmetry are a melodic death metal outfit coming straight out of Avesta, Sweden. Signed to the brilliant Nuclear Blast, they formed in 2004, and released their debut record ‘Symmetric in Design’ the following year to widespread critical acclaim - it earned them comparisons to big name metal outfits, in particular their fellow Swedes Soilwork.

Since then, they’ve continued to write, record, and release their intense brand of metal, picking up scores of fans across the world. Having toured along the likes of Behemoth, DevilDriver, and Soilwork, they’ve become an incredible live force too - so make sure you don’t miss them in the UK this March and April, where they’ll be performing in Wales, Ireland, and Scotland for the first time ahead of what will be their sixth studio album.
