Formed in 2019 and comprising vocalist Cullen Moore, guitarist-vocalist Daniel Pruitt, bassist Paolo Vergara and drummer Ben Pruitt, they released their debut EP, 'Paper Hearts', in 2023, followed by their debut album, 'Afterglow', in 2025. Sleep Theory will embark on their first Australian headline tour in February 2027, following shows across the US and Mexico in summer 2026 and a run supporting Papa Roach across Europe and the UK in the autumn.
