The SOS Band rose to fame during the ‘80s thanks to a string of hits, including Take Your Time (Do It Right), Tell Me If You Still Care, The Finest and Just Be Good to Me, which would later form the basis, along with the Clash’s Guns Of Brixton, for Beats International’s #1 single, Dub Be Good To Me. They released eight records between 1980 and 1991, with Mary Davis, Abdul Ra'oof and Jason Bryant continuing to tour. In November 2014, they will play three UK shows, including a stop at London’s IndigO2.
