Sweden Rock Festival is a classic rock, hard metal and blues festival held in Sölvesborg, Sweden.
The festival began in 1992 as Sommarfestivalen i Olofström in Olofström. It moved to Karlshamn in 1993 and was renamed Karlshamn Rock Festival, before relocating to Norje in 1998. The event adopted its current name, Sweden Rock Festival, in 1999. Bands that have previously played the festival include Aerosmith, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Mötley Crüe, Dio, Twisted Sister, Whitesnake, Uriah Heep, Europe, Deep Purple, Accept, Motörhead, Saxon, Poison, Status Quo, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Scorpions, Porcupine Tree, Def Leppard, Alice Cooper, Testament, W.A.S.P, ZZ Top, Thin Lizzy, Ted Nugent, Slayer, Ghost and Guns N' Roses. Sweden Rock Festival will return in June 2026 with headliners Volbeat, Iron Maiden, Helloween and Bring Me The Horizon, plus performances from The Offspring, Babymetal, Down, Three Days Grace, Black Label Society, Savatage, Tom Morello, Social Distortion, Saxon, Trivium, Wilmer X, Yngwie Malmsteen, The Halo Effect, Alestorm, Hällas and more.
