Beth Ditto is an American singer-songwriter from Searcy, Arkansas, best known as the frontwoman of The Gossip.
Starting her music career in 1999, as a member of Gossip, the band released five albums, including ‘Standing in the Way of Control’, in 2006, before their split in 2016. She released her debut solo EP in 2011, and have featured on track Simian Mobile Disco’s Cruel Intentions, Blondie’s A Rose by Any Name and Netsky’s Running Low. Ditto unveiled her debut album, 'Fake Sugar', on June 16, 2017 via Capitol Records, and played London and Manchester in October in support of it.
