The National Add More Shows Due To Public Demand & Tickets

Due to phenomenal demand The National have added two extra Dublin dates to their upcoming UK & Ireland tour later this year.

Tickets for the first show sold out in a matter of seconds this morning and the final two dates are also expected to be snapped up quickly by fans eager to see The National live in Dublin again.

The US indie rock icons have already sold out their upcoming UK shows, including three nights at London's Brixton O2 Academy. The band's European tour kicks off in Denmark on November 11th, before concluding their phenomenal year with shows in Australia.

The National tour dates are as follows:

24th November 2010, O2 Academy Bristol, Bristol (SOLD OUT)
25th November 2010, Warwick Arts Centre, Coventry (SOLD OUT)
26th November 2010, O2 Academy Glasgow, Glasgow (SOLD OUT)
27th November 2010, Manchester Academy, Manchester (SOLD OUT)
29th November 2010, O2 Academy Brixton, London (SOLD OUT)
30th November 2010, O2 Academy Brixton, London (SOLD OUT)
1st December 2010, O2 Academy Brixton, London (SOLD OUT)
2nd December 2010, Olympia Theatre, Dublin (SOLD OUT)
3rd December 2010, Olympia Theatre, Dublin (NEW)
4th December 2010, Olympia Theatre, Dublin (NEW)
