Bellowhead Reveal Details Of New Album 'Hedonism'

Euphoric eleven-piece folk band Bellowhead have announced details of their brand new album 'Hedonism' which is released via Navigator Records on the 4th October.

The past six years have seen Bellowhead progress from being a band whose sole intention was to ‘have fun at festivals’ to recording two acclaimed albums ('Burlesque' and 'Matachin'), performing at the 2008 BBC Proms, becoming Band in Residence at the Southbank Centre and being voted Best Live Act at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards no less than four times. And that’s not including the DVD release plus UK and North American Tours.

Now we have a glorious third album, 'Hedonism', produced by John Leckie, released on October 4th with a full UK tour beginning at the Bristol Old Vic on November 11th. A heady musical mix that re-shapes traditional English folk with the scale and theatricality of Arcade Fire, 'Hedonism' is Bellowhead's third album and is their most complete album to date. Finished album stock is in now and available on request either digitally or physically. There is also a free taster Mp3 of album track 'Cold Blows The Wind' available here.

Bellowhead will play the following UK dates as part of their 'Hedonism Tour' in November:
