Cast Announced As Headliners Of Liverpool's Sound City

Having just completed a massive sold out tour of the UK, taking in 2 London shows and finishing in their home town of Liverpool, legendary rockers Cast are have just been announced as headliners for this year’s Liverpool Sound City Festival.
Described by Noel Gallagher as a “religious experience” live, Cast were called The Who of the 90s. Their epoch-breaking All Change album remains a revered classic, and, after reforming in summer last year, Liverpool Sound City cannot wait to host the city’s prodigal sons in May.
3 day wristbands for the festival are available now at the early bird rate of £35 here.
Next month the band head back into the studio with John Leckie to record a brand new album. The album is set for release in early 2011 with the aid of cutting-edge, direct to fan music model PledgeMusic.
Cast will play the following UK show:
Saturday 21st May 2011 - Metropolitan Catherdral Crypt
Doors 7pm (18+ show)
Liverpool Sound City 2011 takes place from Thursday 19th – Saturday 21st May. 3-day Live Festival Wristbands £35 until March 1st.
