London hip-hop rapper Example was in Cardiff last night, for his latest show on his current spring UK tour. Supported for the show came from fellow rapper and grime MC Wretch 32.
Inspired by the likes of Mike Skinner with a sound very similar to that of Eminem, Example's songs are based around living and growing up as a wannabe rapper in London whilst at the same time criticising today's celebrity culture. Example's lyrics often relate to the issues that are faced in contemporary society with a humourous and imginitve twist.
Example has exploded onto the UK music scene over the last 12 months, describing his latest work as 'dysfunctional electro-pop'. The rapper is currently on the road for his spring 2011 UK tour, playing a string of fifteen shows across England, Wales and Scotland.
As always Stereoboard.com's official gig photgrapher Craig Thomas (www.oppositeimages.co.uk) was stage-side to take some superb shots of the action, giving you the best view in the house! Check out the images below.
