The Wave Pictures Reveal Details Of New Single & May UK Dates & Tickets

The Wave Pictures return with new single 'Little Surprise', released on April 18th on Moshi Moshi Records. Poignant and articulate, it’s the story of fleeting memories retold with an alluring innocence.

Still in possession of the eclectic humour and folksy charm that has come to define The Wave Pictures, 'Little Surprise' draws its appeal from the happenstance of its recording process. The hum and buzz of background noise makes the resulting recording homely, imperfect and unique to its time and place.

'Little Surprise' is taken from the forthcoming album 'Beer In The Breakers', out May 2nd on Moshi Moshi and play There’s been a change to their May tour with regard to the London date. Wave Pictures will now play the Scala on May 26th – not May 25th as previously announced.
