Foo Fighters To Release Covers Album For Record Store Day

With fans eagerly waiting for Foo Fighters latest studio album ‘Wasted Light’ they will only have 5 further days for another album to be released by their heroes.

‘Medium Rare’ will be released as a vinyl only album specially for Record Store Day on 16th April. Record Store Day was created in 2007 as an event to encourage people back into independent record shops and has been strongly supported by many of the Worlds biggest bands.

The album will include covers from various bands who have influenced Dave Grohl and Co and is a collection of tracks recorded throughout the Foo’s career. The compilation includes rarities recorded for radio, aswell as B-sides and soundtracks.

If you live near an independent record store get down there early on April 16th and grab your own piece of music history.
