Californian grunge-rockers Queens Of The Stone Age have announced they are to play a post Glastonbury show at Bournemouth's O2 Academy on June 28th.
Queens of The Stone Age, whose whose stoner-rock sound and notoriously rock'n'roll lifestyle propelled them into the major-league, alongside the likes of fellow American rockers Red Hot Chili Peppers and Foo Fighters, will play the Bournemouth show following their Other Stage headline set at this year's Glastonbury.
The band recently reissued their debut album on March 7th and, having recovered from near-fatal surgery at the end of 2010, Josh Homme and the band are currently working on a brand new QOTSA abum.
