Bob Geldof Announces Autumn UK Shows & Tickets

Former Boomtown Rat and international fundraiser Bob Geldof has announced four live UK dates in September.
Playing new material, solo material as well as a smattering of classic rat-sounds, Bob Geldof launched a solo career releasing his first album, 'Deep In The Heart Of Nowhere', in 1986. This was probably his most commercial and it yielded a minor hit with the song 'This Is The World Calling'.
After taking a long sabbatical from music, Geldof released 'Sex, Age & Death' in 2001 and this deeply personal album, which combined once again a wide variety of musical styles, is now regarded as Bob Geldof’s masterpiece.
Bob Geldof's latest release is 'Great Songs of Indifference - The Anthology 1986-2001', a four disc box set which includes all of Bob’s albums with a large number of bonus tracks.
Bob Geldof has announced the following UK shows:
Thur Sept 15th - Southport Theatre, Southport
Sun Sept 18th - Ashcroft Theatre, Fairfield Croydon
Tue Sept 20th - Cadogan Hall, London
Wed Sept 21st - Lincoln Theatre Royal, Lincoln
