Kids In Glass Houses Announce October UK Tour, New Album Details & Tickets

Welsh quintet Kids in Glass Houses will hit the road later this year for a headline tour in October, kicking off in Bristol on Saturday October 1st, and culminating in a Nottingham Rock City show on October 12th.
Bursting out of South Wales' hot-bed of talent in early 2007, the charismatic quintet found a large and loyal fanbase almost instantly thanks to their huge songs, tireless worth ethic, charming demeanors and stylish aesthetic, and media support to match. Kerrang! Magazine named them one of 'The Hottest New Bands On The Planet' in 2007; they won the Welsh Music Award for 'Best New Band' the same year and they were named Punktastic's 'Band Of The Year' in 2008.
With a new album on the way, Kerrang Magazine quoted frontman Aled Phillips as saying the band are going in a "radically different direction". He claimed that the new record will be “a concept record, a big, grown-up rock record. It's going to document a journey. I don't want to give too much away, but it's looking to be our most 'mature' album." Recording for the album began in March with producer Jason Perry. Phillips later announced that the album, titled 'Gold Blood', will be released on August 15th.

October 10th - O2 Academy, Manchester
October 12th - Rock City, Nottingham
