Justin Bieber Discusses New Album Plans

Justin Bieber has talked about his plans for a new album, stating that he is looking to write more material independently rather than relying on the input and skills of other artists. Over the past few years Bieber has collaborated with the likes of Ludacris, Kanye West, Chris Brown and Rascal Flatts, however the teen singer has now claimed that he wishes to develop as an artist on his own with his next release.
Speaking to MTV News about his latest material, Bieber said: "I want to work a lot with myself, and write a lot myself. I will be working with a lot of other producers and stuff like that, but I'm just writing a lot, writing on tour."
He continued, claiming that he is even venturing into the world of producing: "I'm writing about how I feel and producing. I've been producing on my laptop and on my computer. I've been really into it and, hopefully, this next album will be huge."
Bieber also discussed the tone of his next release, stating that he does not feel that his voice is limited to any particular genre: "I've done a lot on my acoustic guitar, so it's gonna have that vibe. I'm not gonna really limit myself. I think music is music, and genre — I mean, I know there's country music, there's rock music, but my music is different. My voice is not meant for any style. I just want to make music."
So according to Bieber everything is still up for grabs tonally for his next release. Here’s hoping for a few Marilyn Manson covers…
