New York-based folk-pop sisters, The Pierces, have revealed a UK tour for October.
The Pierces have recently released the video to their forthcoming new single ‘It Will Not Be Forgotten’, the follow-up to ‘Glorious’, which was released earlier this year in April. 'It Will Not Be Forgotten' is due out on 8th August and is the latest to be taken from their Top 10 album ‘You & I’. 'You & I' is in fact the duo's fourth album, the first of theirs to chart in the UK. They released their eponymous debut album in 2000. Check out the video for 'It Will Not Be Forgotten' below.
Made up of Alabama-born sisters Catherine and Allison Pierce, The Pierces will be playing at a number of UK festivals this summer, having just supported Coldplay at London’s iTunes Festival last Friday, July 22nd. In addition to their festival dates, the duo have announced a headline UK tour for October.
