Red Bull Bedroom Jam - Live Final With The Blackout

As Hevy festival approaches and the Red Bull Bedroom Jam season comes to a close, it's nearly time to decide who is crowned 2011's champion. On Monday 22nd August at 5pm three of the Festival Tour bands will join special guest headliners, The Blackout in a live final broadcast on www.redbullbedroomjam.com to decide the victor.

Over 600 bands entered this year's Red Bull Bedroom Jam and of these, eight made it through to the Summer tour that saw them play at Download, The Metal Hammer Golden Gods Boat Party and Sonisphere. This coming weekend, the bands will perform at Underage and Hevy Festival, before the judges chose three for the live final. The final, held at Red Bull Studios London, will see each band perform one song from their repertoire in an attempt to impress the judges, and audiences across the country. 

Hosted by rock virtuoso Katie P, the bands will also be joined by rock stars The Blackout who will be headlining the live streamed show. The Blackout will be keeping a keen eye on those bands that make it to the final, as whoever successfully wins over the public vote will not only walk away champion, but will also join the band on their hotly anticipated UK tour later this year. The champions will also win two weeks recording time in the Red Bull Studios London, working alongside a top producer.
