Kasabian Unveil Cover Artwork For New Album Velociraptor

Leicestershire rockers Kasabian have revealed the artwork for their forthcoming fourth studio album ‘Velociraptor!’.
The cover features the band’s guitarist Serge Pizzorno pulling his trademark screaming expression, surrounding the words ‘Kasabian’ and ‘Velociraptor’. The album, their first since 2009’s ‘West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum’, is set for a release on September 19th, but you can see the artwork here right now.
The new LP also opens a new chapter in terms of Kasabian’s sound, and the ‘Club Foot’ singers are evidently pleased at how well this chapter has been received.
Kasabian guitarist Sergio Pizzorno said, “The overall response from the gigs and people that have heard it on the radio has been bigger than ever. Everyone seems to be really digging the new sound. It’s a huge progression for us, it’s epic. It’s a proper rock album, futuristic modern rock album. It’s the future.”
