Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling has announced it will return to the UK early next year, bringing its TNA Maximum Impact Tour 2012 to arenas in January.
Wrestling legends Sting and Kurt Angle will top the roster of stars from TNA’s 'Impact Wrestling' which will visit Nottingham, Manchester and London’s Wembley Arena on January 26th through to January 28th.
TNA World Heavyweight Champion Sting will be making his first wrestling appearance in the UK for almost a decade, while also starring on the tour will be “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles, “Samoan Submission Machine” Samoa Joe, TNA Knockout Velvet Sky, Mr. Anderson, Matt Morgan, Bully Ray, Mexican America and many more to be confirmed over the coming months.
Speaking about his return to the UK, Sting says: “It has been too long since I’ve been back to the UK. I promise you there will be MAXIMUM IMPACT in January 2012. It’s going to be Showtime! Fans will see lots of bodies flying through the air, broken tables, chairs everywhere. We call it professional wrestling. We call it IMPACT WRESTLING!”
